You can place your orders through our website. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you through the provided email address to confirm the reception of order. After the confirmation we will start to make your headpiece. Usually, a piece is made within the time span of 2-3 weeks. Once we are satisfied, we will send a shipment email.
We can also accommodate “rush orders” for those who want an urgent hat or headpiece for an event. You can contact us and we will let you know if it is possible to ship a piece within the specific time. Additional 10% charges apply to “rush orders”.
Sometimes, there can be problems with stocking so we reserve the rights to cancel the orders. In case something you order is not available, we will contact you in order to let you know about the status.
When you mark the box on terms and agreements you will be agreeing to these terms.
